1 bag (16 oz) shredded cabbage with carrots
1 heaping Tb mayonnaise (Becky uses Vegenaise)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp agave nectar or sugar
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 apple, skinned and cubed
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, raw or roasted
Put your clean cabbage into a bowl and add mayonnaise, vinegar, sweetening, maple syrup and cinnamon. Mix well. Next add apple cubes and toss together. Let rest in the fridge until ready to serve. Toss in pumpkin seeds just before serving.
