HAPPY NEW YEAR

12/27/2019

Picture
I love starting a new year! So many possibilities. I always think of it as an opportunity to erase mistakes of the previous year and start fresh. How about you?
I hear that nobody makes new year's resolutions anymore. The big thing now is to set goals, or pick a word that will be your theme for the year. Sooo, let's pick a word. What would be the word you would like to use to describe your 2020? What do you want this new year to look like for you? Share it here and come January 15th we'll pick someone to win this very cool planner. (So please, come the 16th, check back to see if you won. Check your SPAM folder. Don't make me chase you! If we don't hear back a week after notifying you we'll move on to someone else.)

I would love my new year to look like that I have read at least one if not two new authors a month. Those are ones that I have not read any of their books. Also my son is having some marriage problems and I know that he will need me in a few months so I am disabled and home bound but I have to get back to CA and stay with him and also visit all 6 of my grandchildren that are all over Ca also while I am there. They range from 18 yrs of age to 2 months and that is between my 2 adult kids. Now I have stepchildren that don't talk to their dad as they have gotten into a high money range and that is really bad. So I plan to talk to them one on one and see why they are doing this and how much better holidays would be if all of my husbands adult children here in Ia got along and we could celebrate. Happy New Year!

Control! 2019 spun out of control as I dealt with my father's suicide as well as all the work involved as executor of his estate. This year I am taking back control! Of my health, of our home, of our lives.
